I'm still playing Samurai Love Ballad Party and am just finishing up the Robin-Hood-esque Kyoichiro who's...ok, I guess?

I also finally got back to Psychdelica of the Black Butterfly, doing Karasuba's route, which I liked more than I expected.

In Samurai Love Ballad I did the Ieyasu route, which was well done and helped me understand him better but I wasn't feeling it. Now I'm about halfway through the Nobuyuki route and liking it a lot, it has a different structure from others and a different feel. But I feel like I'm starting to run out of steam on the game in general, I haven't been posting as many or as detailed reaction posts because I'm not feeling like I have anything new or interesting to say.

In IkeSen I played the new Mitsuhide route, which I liked so much I'm going through it again to get the other ending.

I haven't done much otome gaming this month, but I did finish my first route of Cinderella Phenomenon.

The setup did grate on my nerves, and the game feels...very heteronormative? I've been spoiled by SLBP, I think.

But I did like it, and I ended up doing Karma's route because he seemed like the least worst option, and ended up liking it. There were knights. And swordfighting. And pining. And at least one kneeling hand kiss. I have tropey likes and I admit to them. :P

I got the bad ending for Karma and then skipped through to the good ending because I was feeling defiant... but I did not enjoy the good ending as much. If only I could have the bad ending with all the loose ends the good ending tied up!

And it was really nice to get to play the traumatized, special tsundere for a change.

And yeah I did like that aspect of the heroine.
