And this month my suggestion is Ozmafia! It's a big, popular game, and I'm pretty sure we haven't had it as game of the month before.

Ooh! Are you enjoying Oneshot? If you finished, what ending did you go for?

I had followed one of the creators before the original, completely free version, was released, so I was one of the early fans. The changes for the new version... were really good. Though I'm a bit sad for newer fans because waiting for a certain update was a part of the plot of the story.

As it happens, I got back into it yesterday! I have been having fun :) Right now I have this bottle of poison gas and am deciding if I want to wander around some more trying to figure out what it's for or look up a walkthrough.

So this sat in my inbox until I got around to playing the game again and I have now finished it! It was great! I ended up giving up and having a walkthrough open the whole time, something about the maps kept getting me turned about, but I still enjoyed wandering around exploring and mostly figuring things out myself.

Yay! Which ending did you choose? Also, have you gotten the "Solstice" ending yet? (I think you can only get it after one playthrough.)

I repaired the sun, and then was feeling kinda conflicted about it until I realised Solstice existed and played it. I really liked the way Solstice plays around with the nature of the story.

Solstice was amazing back in the day. Like, until the first paid version, you could only play the freeware version where you get that choice and then you cannot play again on that computer account without editing the registry. And closing the game without saving would kill Niko. I played that the day it was released and it was still great.

Waiting for Solstice was such... it was so well built into the story of the game from when it was first released on steam.

I chose to save Niko. But while waiting for the Solstice update I did a save the world run.

I can imagine it would have been quite something, it was cool enough to find out Solstice existed after I first "finished" the game.
