I thought this was a cute and timely article, even if I don't 100% agree with their tastes.
I personally enjoyed Code Realise, Akash: Path of the Five, Hustle Cat, and Mermaid Splash! Passion Festival (which is f/f) But while Roommates, Arcade Spirits, and Our Life: Beginnings & Always weren't terrible they didn't click for me, and I haven't played the others.

Date: 2021-02-12 09:15 (UTC)I was intrigued by Our Life, but I saw too many people calling it things like 'wholesome', and it kind of put me off, haha.

Date: 2021-02-12 10:12 (UTC)Our Life is possibly the most wholesome game I have ever played. I would also describe it as soft. From all accounts, it's great if you're into fluffy inclusive slice of life with very little conflict or plot, but I just ended up pressing skip a lot.
