otome_gamesThe Lady's Choice is a pay-what-you-want otome game set in 19th Century/Regency England. The itchio page doesn't go into specifics about the routes but I have a vague memory that there's at least 2, all men.
I keep hearing good things about this game from fans of regency romances, saying it has enjoyable romances and captures the feeling of the time. I never got around to playing it because I thought it cost a chunk of money but either that's changed or I was wrong, so I might give it a shot!
