I tried my best to think of otome involving hobbits, extending it to LOTR hobbit attitudes, and Yang from Piofiore popped into my mind. He smokes a lot and he just wants to chill. Also, he likes good food.
On the other hand, he murders a lot of people and is one of the worst interests in the date-a-mobster game so it's not an exact match. Or even a close one.
